Dinner With a Story to Tell
This is Costa Rica told through food, story and the ingredients that have shaped its table for generations. Some familiar. Some unexpected. Each with a story of its own. Together, they tell the story of a place we call home.

A garden tour first, then five courses of the chef's choosing.
We start in the garden at 5:00 PM, picking what will end up on the plate. Then five courses, decided that morning by the chef. Minimum two guests.

Three traditional dishes, served family style, in the middle of the table.
Three traditional preparations brought out together and passed around, the way the family eats at home. Minimum four guests.

Hands in the masa. You cook, then you sit down and eat it.
A hands-on workshop in the family kitchen: tortillas by hand, a sofrito that takes its time, and a table set with what you made. Minimum two guests.
