How we handle the practical parts

Booking

Every experience is by reservation. Shared table seats are confirmed only once paid. Private experiences are confirmed once the quote is paid.

Cancellation

Cancel more than 72 hours before your date for a full refund. Inside 72 hours the payment is non-refundable, though we will always try to move your date once.

Dietary needs

Tell us at the time of booking. Severe allergies should be discussed on WhatsApp before you pay, so we can be honest about a one-kitchen house.

Children

Welcome at private experiences. For the shared table, message us first.

Payment

Card payment online in US dollars. 13% IVA is shown as a separate line. Some experiences take a deposit now with the balance due before your date.
