We collect only what a booking needs: your name, email, WhatsApp number, country, dietary needs and any notes you send. We use it to prepare and confirm your table and never sell it. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor and never reach our servers. Write to us to have your data removed.
Terms
Casa Paniagua Dining Experience Co. is a reservations-only private dining business operating from a private home in La Fortuna de San Carlos, Costa Rica. Bookings are personal, non-transferable without notice, and subject to the cancellation policy. Menus change with the market and the garden; we cannot guarantee specific dishes.
